| 15/12/2025, 23:30:00 | Formal Online Complaint to Police | Complaint Details: - Type: No contact from the police/not being updated. - Dates: 05/12/2025 - 15/12/2025 - Location: SYP, Notts, Lincoln - Ref: CR1871_15122025 - Crime Ref: 25000663773 Summary of Complaint: "On 15/12/2025, I reported a high-risk breach of a judicial bail condition (indirect contact via social media) by the perpetrator, Darryl Horn-Hooper, to my Advocate. The Stalking Lead and Advocate failed to communicate back to me, the principal in this matter, forcing me to call 101 for enforcement. The police's failure to act immediately on the evidence I provided allowed the perpetrator sufficient time to delete the evidence (a post containing a self-harm threat, 'I HATE ME TOO,' designed to cause alarm) from social media. This action constitutes evidence destruction and an admission of guilt for breaching bail. The institutional negligence is confirmed by the subsequent re-assignment of PC Derbyshire (214) as the OIC, despite him previously denying involvement with my case 10 days ago (05/12/2025). This confirms a severe breakdown in communication and case ownership. This failure to enforce a judicial order places me at extreme risk of harm, a situation already quantified by four separate agencies. I was forced to leave my home due to this police inaction. This negligence violates the police's obligations under Article 2 of the Human Rights Act (Right to Life). I have sent a formal email to PC Derbyshire (OIC) and Sgt. Pridmore (Supervisor) demanding immediate enforcement and mandatory remand." Desired Outcome: "individuals involved to face disciplinary procedures" |
| 15/12/2025, 23:23:00 | Email to PC Derbyshire & Sgt. Pridmore | Dear PC Derbyshire, This email formally confirms the details provided by operator Caitlin 19048 this evening (15/12/25): New Crime Reference: CR1871/151225 (Bail Breach/Evidence Destruction). Formal Complaint Reference: CR1871_15122025. Officer in Charge: PC Derbyshire 214 (You) Supervising Officer: Sgt. Pridmore 3175 Crime Reference Number: 25000663773 As per our previous exchange on December 5th, where you declined to be the OIC, I am formally demanding that you now, in your capacity as OIC, immediately address the systemic failures that have allowed the perpetrator to destroy evidence. I require immediate confirmation that you have reviewed the email from Caitlin detailing the extreme homicide risk and the psychological impact of police negligence, and that you are pursuing mandatory remand for the suspect given his multiple breaches and destruction of evidence. Failure to provide timely updates and enforce this judicial order will constitute a breach of your obligations under Article 2 of the Human Rights Act (Right to Life) and will result in the immediate initiation of Civil Proceedings for Negligence by my legal team. All future communication must be directed solely to me via guardianangelprojectapp@gmail.com. Yours sincerely, Becky Chadburn CEO, Guardian Angel Project |
| 15/12/2025, 22:22:52 | police at notts 101 | caitilin typing up the report and having a look over the previous history and having someone else look over it and will call me back in 5 mins and sending me details by text. |
| 15/12/2025, 22:10:00 | 101 Call (Follow-up) | Received callback. Operator Caitlin (19048) provided details. OIC is PC Derbyshire 214, Manager is Sgt. Pridmore 3175. New Incident Ref: CR1871/151225. Formal Complaint Ref: CR1871_15122025. Crime Ref: 25000663773. Stated my concerns about police failures, HRA violations, and the impact on my safety and mental health. Caitlin confirmed she would email my concerns to the OIC. |
| 15/12/2025, 21:41:00 | 101 Call (Formal Complaint) | Lodged a formal complaint about police negligence regarding failure to inform me of bail conditions and failure to enforce said conditions after a breach. Reported new evidence (social media post) and the perpetrator's subsequent destruction of that evidence. Demanded new crime reference, complaint reference, and OIC details. |
| 15/12/2025, 19:32:57 | advocate follow up | Hi Becky, As discussed today, I would advise you to report the recent social media posts if they are causing you alarm or distress. While I don’t believe the police will take significant action at this stage, as we can’t prove that these posts are directly aimed at you, it’s still important to have them on record. I recommend that you report the posts via 101 and also ask the operator if an OIC (Officer in Charge) has been allocated to your investigation. Unfortunately, I cannot do this for you due to data protection reasons, but the operator should be able to guide you through the process. Additionally, you may want to ask if someone can provide guidance on how your friend can give a statement regarding the situation. Please do update me with the contact details of the OIC if you receive them. Kind Regards Genique Lewis |
| 15/12/2025, 14:50:50 | stalking | she said it was the stalking lead in nottingham who told her DHH bails conditions and she doesnt understand why they didnt tell me that and to report DHH social media on 101 so they have it on file and that they might not do anything but theyll have a record of it and i said about leaving chris's because i didnt have all the correct information and she said it was probably for the best because i couldnt stay at chris's long term i said about monitoring DHH social media because the police are failing to keep me safe and its guardian angels protocol under our safeguarding policy she said she is going to find out who the oic is in notthingham |

| 15/12/2025, 13:49:53 | stalking advocate (my responce) | I acknowledge receipt of your email dated 15/12, detailing the bail conditions for DH. I must immediately log two critical failures by your department: 1. Failure to Inform: I am formally documenting that I was not informed of the Rotherham geographic exclusion condition until receipt of this email. This failure directly impacted my strategic safety planning, resulting in me vacating a place of safety based on incomplete information. This is a direct failure of the duty of care. 2. Active Breach of Bail: Your information stating DH "must not contact Becky Chadburn... including social media" is noted. I confirm that a high-risk social media contact was made by DH less than 24 hours ago (Sunday, 14/12) in direct violation of this condition. DH has also been posting conserning posts on social media It isn't my place to report to the police because they just dismiss me and I am not in place to keep struggling with my mental health and hitting crisis piont when I know the truth DHH has 8 previous convicted and is extremely dangerous I will remain at my secure locating until the police secure Darryl for multiple breaches of the RO I also have 4 open investigations with SYP regarding threats to kill, and stalking i am waiting for an officer to be allocated to me and for the MARAC to be heard in January. All evidence of this breach has been secured and logged within my personal legal system (G.A.P.). I require an immediate response confirming the following: a) The precise action your department will take today to address the breach of bail. b) Confirmation that the breach evidence has been formally added to the police file and logged as a new, high-risk incident. I will not be addressing housing or counselling queries until the immediate and active safety breach caused by the failure of bail enforcement has been successfully addressed. Yours sincerely, Becky Chadburn Guardian Angel Project |
| 15/12/2025, 13:49:13 | stalking advocate - | Good Morning Becky, I hope you’re well. I’ve received a reply from the OIC. Please see the details below: DH was arrested on 03/12. Bail conditions currently remain in place until 14/02. DH must not contact Becky Chadburn directly or indirectly by any means, including third parties, social media, or phone. DH must not enter Rotherham for any reason. DH must not attend any place where he might reasonably believe Becky Chadburn may be. Is there any update regarding your housing? Also, has anyone contacted you about receiving counselling? Kind Regards |
