The Guardian Angel Agency Portal
A secure, consent-driven system for our trusted partners to support survivors more effectively.
Pilot Programme Notice
The Problem: A Broken System
Survivors of domestic abuse are often re-traumatised by having to repeat their story to a fragmented network of services—police, social services, legal aid. Evidence gets lost, communication breaks down, and the immense burden of managing this process falls entirely on the victim during their most vulnerable time. This is the "Negative Loop" we are fixing.
Our Solution: A New Standard of Care
Guardian Angel replaces the broken, fragmented system with an efficient, secure, and survivor-centric model that benefits everyone.
Core Principles
We, the app developers, cannot see user data. It is encrypted on their device. The user holds the only key.
No data is shared without the user's explicit, granular, and time-limited consent. The user is in 100% control.
Data is streamed securely for viewing and is not permanently stored on agency systems, minimising data risk and ensuring privacy.
The Six-Step Workflow
Client Shares ID
The client voluntarily shares their unique, anonymous Guardian Angel ID with a trusted agency professional (e.g., a police officer, support worker, or a solicitor).
Agency Requests Access
The agency professional logs into the secure Agency Portal and enters the client's ID to request access to their shared data vaults.
Client Receives Notification
The client receives a secure notification on their device, informing them which agency is requesting access.
Client Grants Consent
The client has full control to approve or deny the request. They can grant access to specific data vaults (e.g., 'Evidence Locker' but not 'Personal Vault') and set a time limit for the access (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days).
Secure Viewing
The agency can now view the consented information through the portal. The data is streamed securely and is not permanently stored on the agency's systems.
Access Revocation
Access automatically expires after the time limit. The client can also manually revoke access at any time from within their app, instantly cutting off the connection.
Benefits

Empowers Control: Puts the survivor in complete control of their own narrative and data.
Centralises Evidence: Provides a single, secure source of truth for all related incidents.

Enhance Evidence Quality: Access a clear, chronological log of incidents, including photos, notes, and audio recordings, consented to by the client.
Build Client Trust: Engage with clients through a secure, survivor-centric platform that empowers them and respects their privacy.
